Fuel Technology conduct extensive on-site services at diesel storage facilities while also having access to a range of products through our large network of suppliers.
General fuel facility items we cover:
- Install/replace isolation/in-line valves for tanks and pipework
- Install tank breather assemblies and ongoing replacement breather elements
- Supply & install new fuel pumps/pump components & ongoing pump maintenance
- Supply & Install HV & LV refuelling components such as nozzles, swivels, breakaways, meters etc.
- On-site Hydrostatic & Continuity testing of fuel transfer hoses. Organise manufacture and replacement of hoses where required
- Install and charge accumulators
- Install new fuel/oil pipework and alterations to existing pipework
- Install pressure-relief valves including checking of system operating pressures
- Install in-line air actuator valve assemblies
- Organise & work in tandem with tank/pressure vessel inspectors
- Supply and install fuel facility signage ensuring compliance with AS1940
- Supply consumables such as spill kits etc
- General inspections of fuel facility infrastructure/components, providing recommendations that may improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the facility
